By interacting with us — whether by subscribing, reserving a product, pledging on Kickstarter, or making a purchase after the campaign — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

• Pre-launch landing page & reservations: subscriptions, newsletter signups, and early reservations with or without initial payments.
  
  
• Kickstarter (or similar crowdfunding campaigns): pledges, rewards, and communications during the campaign.
  
  
• Late pledge / post-campaign orders: purchases made through pledge managers or our website after the campaign closes.
  
  

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a reservation, pledge, or purchase. If you are under 18, you may only do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Pre-Launch Reservations

• By reserving a product, you are expressing intent to support our upcoming campaign.
  
  
• Any initial reservation payments are fully refundable upon request before the Kickstarter campaign launches.
  
  
• Once the campaign begins, reservations are considered final and non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  
  

5. Crowdfunding Campaigns

• By pledging on Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or similar crowdfunding platforms, you acknowledge that you are backing a project, not making a traditional retail purchase.
  
  
• Payments are securely processed by the respective crowdfunding platform or pledge manager and are subject to their Terms of Use.
  
  
• Once the campaign ends, all pledges are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to production, tooling, and fulfillment.
  
  
• Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing challenges, supply chain issues, shipping disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  
  

6. Late Pledges & Post-Campaign Orders

• After the campaign, you may be able to place a late pledge or pre-order via our pledge manager or website.
  
  
• These are treated as standard orders and are subject to availability, shipping timelines, and our Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy.
  
  
• Prices and shipping costs may differ from campaign pricing.
  
  

7. Products & Availability

• All product details, images, and descriptions on our platforms are provided in good faith but are subject to updates or adjustments.
  
  
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.
  
  
• Colors, sizes, or design details may vary slightly from prototypes shown during the campaign.
  
  

8. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers, including Stripe, PayPal, Kickstarter, or pledge managers, depending on the stage of your order or pledge.
  
  
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current payment and contact information.
  
  
• You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees required by your country.
  
  

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines will be communicated before fulfillment, but delivery dates are estimates and may change.
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or incorrect shipping details provided by you.
  
  
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed to the carrier.
  
  

10. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

• Pre-launch reservations: refundable before the campaign launch.
  
  
• Kickstarter pledges: non-refundable after campaign funding ends.
  
  
• Exchanges: accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
  
  
• Returns for refunds: Not accepted, except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, landing pages, and campaigns (including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images) is owned or licensed by Vearaa LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.
