Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting Vearaa LLC. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled at different stages of our business:
- Pre-launch landing page & reservations
- Kickstarter (or similar crowdfunding) campaigns
- Late pledge / post-campaign orders (website or pledge manager)
Please read our policy carefully:
1. Reservation Refund Policy
- Reservation payments are fully refundable upon request at any time before the Kickstarter campaign launches.
- To request a refund, please contact us at info@vearaa.com.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Once the Kickstarter campaign launches, reservations become non-refundable, as funds will be allocated to campaign preparation.
2. Kickstarter / Crowdfunding Campaign
- By pledging on Kickstarter, you are backing a project, not making a traditional retail purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through Kickstarter and are subject to Kickstarter’s Terms of Use.
- Once the campaign ends, all pledges are final and non-refundable, as funds are immediately used for production and fulfillment.
3. Late Pledge / Post-Campaign Orders (Website or Pledge Manager)
Orders placed through our pledge manager or post-campaign website are treated the same as crowdfunding pledges.
- Payments are processed securely and are subject to the platform’s Terms of Use.
- Once the pledge or order is confirmed, all sales are final and non-refundable, as funds are directly allocated toward production and fulfillment.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If your reward arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@vearaa.com or via our Contact Page
- Provide your backer details and a short video or clear photos of the issue.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost.
5. Exchange Policy
If you provide your sizing carefully during the backer survey, your underwear should fit you without issue. However, if you need to exchange for a different size, style, or color, the following conditions apply:
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Because our underwear is offered at highly discounted prices, backers are responsible for the two-way shipping cost (return + replacement).
- For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed, or removed from its sealed packaging cannot be exchanged.
